FAQ

Before sending me a question, read over these FAQs to see if I’ve already answered it here.

I’m interested in a consultation. How do I sign up?

I have a number of different consultations available and they all can be found on my coaching page.

Can’t I get the information you provide in your consultations for free elsewhere?

Of course you can. If you’re interested in doing that, I suggest you check out the articles here on the site, the Male Fashion Advice subreddit on Reddit, and the Style Forum. These are all great resources and the only downside is that you’ll need to sift through a lot of information to help figure out what is going to be best for you. If you have the time and the willingness, go the free route. If not, I can get you all that specific info for a fair price.

How long does Personal Coaching take?

That depends entirely on each client. Some like to take their time and need a few weeks. Others get a good idea pretty quickly and are done in a couple of days.

What happens if you choose a garment for me that I don’t like?

No client ever has to commit to buying something he doesn’t want. It’s pointless for me to have you do so when you obviously won’t even wear or enjoy wearing it. As we go through the consultation process, each piece of clothing receives your stamp of approval before you’re committed to it. If you don’t like it, we’ll look for something else.

I don’t live in the United States, does that mean you can’t help me?

Not at all. I’ve worked with clients all over the world. Your location may limit some of the things that you can find or increase shipping costs, but it’s possible to help you dress better regardless of where you are.

Do you get paid a commission for recommending I buy certain products?

I am an affiliate for a few select companies. However, I will not become an affiliate for a company I wouldn’t recommend otherwise. I also do not skew my recommendations to favor companies with which I am an affiliate. The bulk of my income comes from the consultations themselves so the affiliate income is just the icing on the cake for me.
